RETURNS
All returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product. Items should be in new, unused condition.
Pickup attempts will be made twice. If the courier company fails to collect the shipment, you will need to return it to our address.
Reverse Pickup is subject to the availability of service in your area.
Any quality or quantity issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery for prompt resolution.
Gift cards are non-refundable to a bank account.
A 100 INR logistics fee will be deducted as part of the refund process.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please submit a request at https://easteagle.in/contact-us/ with a clear photo or video showing the product’s defects. Once approved, your order will be picked up within 4-5 working days. Refunds are processed after the product is received and typically take 3-5 business days to appear in your original form of payment.
To be eligible for a refund, the item must be returned with all tags attached, unworn, unused, and unwashed, in the exact condition it was received.
CANCELLATIONS
Orders cannot be canceled once shipped. However, if the product is eligible for return, you can do so according to our return policy.
Refusing to accept your order at the time of delivery will be considered a return, and a refund will be issued according to our return policy.
You can cancel your order before it is shipped by visiting the My Account page or by contacting customer support.
